• Wallet passwords

Token Peddler never asks for these and cannot recover them.

1.2 Technical Information

We automatically collect certain basic technical data transmitted by your browser or device, including:

• Browser type/version

• Operating system
• General usage logs

This data is used solely for security, authentication, and platform performance.

1.3 Token Creation & Deployment Data

When you use Token Peddler to create or deploy tokens, we store:

• Token name, symbol, and parameters
• Token metadata
• Token deployment history
• Network used for deployment
• Transaction hash (if applicable)

This allows us to provide you with a dashboard reflecting your creation history.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information strictly for operational purposes:

To verify that wallet requests come from the correct user, we generate:

• JWT authorization tokens
• Session identifiers based on wallet signatures

2.2 Platform Functionality

We use data to:

• Enable token creation
• Display user-specific token history
• Ensure platform integrity
• Maintain a secure environment
• Prevent unauthorized activity

2.3 Customer Support

If you contact us, we may use your information to:

Token Peddler does not use data for profiling, advertising, or data monetization.

3. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

Token Peddler does not collect:

We do not track or trace your wallet activity outside the Token Peddler platform.

We store only essential platform-related data such as:

• Public wallet address
• JWT tokens
• Deployment history
• Token metadata

All data is stored in secure environments with restricted access.

We do not store:

• Sensitive personal information
• Cookies
• Financial data
• Private keys

5. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

Token Peddler does not share, sell, rent, or trade any user information with third parties.

We do not integrate:

• Ad networks
• Analytics trackers
• Marketing cookies
• Data brokers

Your data may be disclosed only if required by law or to comply with a lawful request (e.g., court order).

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Although we do not share your data, you may interact with external third-party services such as:

• Wallet providers (MetaMask, Solflare)
• Blockchain networks
• RPC/Node providers

These providers operate under their own privacy terms, over which we have no control.

7. DATA RETENTION

Since blockchain deployments are permanent, we retain minimal platform data only as long as necessary to:

• Maintain your token history dashboard
• Provide internal logs for security
• Support customer inquiries

If you request deletion, we will remove:

• Your stored wallet-associated data
• Your deployment history
• Your metadata records

Blockchain data (e.g., deployments, transactions) cannot be deleted under any circumstances due to blockchain immutability.

8. USER RIGHTS

You have the following rights regarding your data stored by Token Peddler:

8.1 Right to Access

You may request to view all data associated with your wallet.

8.2 Right to Deletion

You may request deletion of:

• Token metadata stored on our servers
• Deployment history stored on our servers
• Any authentication tokens linked to your wallet

To maintain security, all requests must be sent from the same wallet address used on the platform.

8.3 Right to Withdraw Access

You may stop using the platform at any time by disconnecting your wallet.

Stopping usage does not affect any token already deployed to a blockchain.

9. SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security practices including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Secure server environments
• Access controls
• Non-custodial wallet interactions
• Protection against unauthorized access

Important:

The security of your private keys and wallet is your sole responsibility.

Token Peddler cannot:

• Recover lost keys
• Assist with hacked wallets
• Reverse transactions
• Undo or modify deployments

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Token Peddler is intended for users 18 years and older.

• We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
• If you believe a minor has used the platform, contact us to request data removal.

11. INTERNATIONAL USERS

By using Token Peddler, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in India or other regions where our servers or service providers operate.

We provide basic data rights, but are not currently aligned with GDPR or other region-specific privacy frameworks unless required by law.
