TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

For clarity, the following definitions apply:

• 1.1 “Platform” / “Service”: Refers to the Token Peddler website, token creation interface, smart-contract generation system, APIs, and any related functionalities.
• 1.2 “User”: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• 1.3 “Wallet”: Your externally managed blockchain wallet used to authenticate and interact with the Platform, including MetaMask or Solflare.
• 1.4 “Smart Contract”: Any token contract generated and/or deployed using the Platform on any supported blockchain.
• 1.5 “Blockchain Network”: Any supported network, including Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, Base, and associated testnets.

2. PLATFORM PURPOSE

Token Peddler provides:

• A no-code smart-contract generator
• Pre-audited token templates
• A guided interface to deploy tokens on supported blockchain networks
• Tools for configuring basic token properties (name, symbol, supply, etc.)

Token Peddler is strictly a technology service, and does not:

• Provide investment advice
• Facilitate trading
• Issue tokens on your behalf
• Interact with your wallet beyond requested signatures
• Influence market behavior of any created token

You, the User, remain entirely responsible for how you use any generated token.

3. SUPPORTED NETWORKS

We currently support token creation on:

• Ethereum Mainnet
• BNB Smart Chain
• Polygon
• Solana
• Base
• Ethereum Sepolia
• Base Chain Sepolia
• BNB Smart Chain Testnet
• Polygon Amoy
• Solana Devnet

3.1 Network Availability

Networks may be:

• Added
• Removed
• Deprecated
• Temporarily unavailable

at any time without notice.

3.2 No Control Over Blockchain Networks

Token Peddler cannot control:

• Gas prices
• Network congestion
• Transaction failures
• Smart-contract behavior once deployed
• Delays or outages in blockchain nodes

4. WALLET CONNECTION AND AUTHENTICATION

To use Token Peddler, you must connect a supported wallet, such as:

• MetaMask (EVM chains)
• Solflare (Solana)

4.1 Wallet Responsibilities

You acknowledge that:

• Token Peddler never stores your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or sensitive wallet data.
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet.
• Any transaction signed from your wallet will be treated as authorized by you.

4.2 Authentication

Authentication is handled via:

• Wallet signature
• JSON Web Tokens (JWT)

You must ensure your device and wallet remain secure at all times.

5. CONTRACT OWNERSHIP & DEPLOYMENT

5.1 User Ownership

All tokens and smart contracts deployed through Token Peddler are:

• Fully owned by the User
• Controlled by the User’s wallet address
• Irreversible once deployed

Token Peddler retains no ownership or control over deployed contracts.

5.2 No Custodial Access

Token Peddler does not:

• Hold admin keys
• Retain access rights
• Escrow tokens
• Manage ownership transitions
• Interfere with your contract in any way

You acknowledge full independent control over your contract.

6. FEES AND PAYMENT

6.1 Platform Fees

Token Peddler currently charges no platform fees for token creation or deployment.

6.2 Gas Fees

You are solely responsible for all blockchain gas fees, including:

• Deployment fees
• Contract interaction fees
• Approval/signature fees

Gas fees are determined by the blockchain network and not by Token Peddler.

7. IRREVERSIBILITY OF BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS

By using the Service, you understand and accept that:

• Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed
• Token creation cannot be undone
• Mistakes made during configuration or deployment cannot be corrected on-chain
• Token Peddler cannot revert, edit, or retrieve any transaction

This is due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.

8. TOKEN CONFIGURATION AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are fully responsible for:

• Token name, symbol, supply, and parameters
• Selecting correct decimals
• Understanding features (minting, burning, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with local laws
• Avoiding duplicate or misleading token names
• Testing on testnets before deploying on mainnets
• Ensuring your actions are legally permissible

Token Peddler does not validate or approve the purpose of any token you create.

9. ALLOWED AND DISALLOWED USE CASES

9.1 Allowed

Users may create tokens for:

• Meme / fun purposes
• Utility or app access
• Gaming projects
• Community or experimentation
• Financial architectures (at your own legal risk)

9.2 Disallowed

Users must not:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Use Token Peddler to deploy harmful contracts
• Create tokens intended to defraud, mislead, or manipulate users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Deploy malware or exploit code

Token Peddler may suspend access for misuse.

10. RISK DISCLOSURE

Using blockchain networks involves significant risks. These include, but are not limited to:

Token Peddler is not responsible for:

• Any financial outcome
• Any technical malfunction related to blockchain networks
• Token misuse
• Project failure
• Token value or market conditions
• Losses due to user error

YOU DEPLOY TOKENS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. NO FINANCIAL OR LEGAL ADVICE

Token Peddler does not provide:

• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Investment advice
• Token classification advice
• Securities guidance
• Profit expectations

You must consult your own professional advisors before creating or deploying tokens.

12. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

We strive to keep the Service operational, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Error-free operation
• Zero downtime
• Zero bugs or defects
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Maintenance may occur without notice.

13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Token Peddler reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You attempt harmful activity
• You exploit the platform
• Required by law enforcement
• Technical issues require intervention

Suspension may occur without prior notice.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Token Peddler owns all rights to:

• Website design
• Platform content
• Smart-contract templates
• Branding, UI, and features
• Code base

Users own the smart contracts they deploy, not the templates.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Token Peddler is not responsible for:

• Wallet services
• Blockchain nodes
• Browser extensions
• Hardware wallets
• RPC failures or outages
• Third-party security breaches

Your interaction with any third-party service is solely your responsibility.

16. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through courts located in India.
• No arbitration is required.

17. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

• We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
• You are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
